I removed the subscription from the app, and they still withdrew the money for it

Hello,

In my telephone I removed the subscription from the app, and they still withdrew the money for it.How i can return my money?I don’t inderstand how this happend but now i can’t all month sit in internet and call to my family.I very hope that you can to help me.Hope for fast answering.

If you cancelled the subscription at least 24 hours prior to its renewal date contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
