Sound from the camera?

I dropped my iPhone XR last week but it seemed to work fine. I had an “sbs cover protection” when I dropped the iPhone. Today I began to witness an issue. I began to hear a noise coming from the iPhone. It’s like the noise when the camera is trying autofoucs or something. I ONLY HEAR THIS NOISE FEW TIMES A DAY. The problem is that I hear this noise when use Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.

I noticed that this noise came after I updated to the latest ios.

Could it be a hardware fault? Or is it something normal?
