I can’t give camera apps (like snapchat) permission to use the camera. What should I do?
Any restrictions enabled in the settings for ScreenTime, that prevent the use of the camera for this app?

No. I am trying to add Chrome to the list of apps that have the camera permissions so that my wife can access the webcam and scan barcodes on a website.
