Installing Windows 10 Education through Boot Camp

I have been trying to download a Windows OS to my 2019 MacBook Pro (Catalina 10.15.3) through Boot camp, specifically: Win10_Edu_1909_English_x64. It is not working. I get this Windows ISO image free through my school and I would prefer to use it if I can.

Is this just a Windows OS update or is it the entire OS?

Should I be able to download Windows from this ISO, am I doing something wrong or missing a step?

When ever I try to set up my Windows partition I get this error message:

2019 MacBook Pro (Catalina 10.15.3)

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.15

If that ISO image doesn't work, you can download a clean Windows 10 1909 ISO from Microsoft for free here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

When setting up Windows 10, just use the product key that you have to use Windows 10 activated.
