I am trying to use my lloyds bank app but keep getting an error 1007 lloyds say it isnt them its an update problem with my phone, i have cleared browser history, it hasnt made any difference

Is the app you're using allowed to access cellular data? This guide will help you find out:
Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad
If the app has access to cellular data and still will not load, I'd recommend contacting your cellular carrier.

Thank you for trying but no that hasn’t worked, I can access the app when I use WiFi, but not when I use my phones data so I think it must be my IP address, the error code 1007 is the key to the problem, that is what my bank told me
