Adding Contacts to Groups on iPad Pro

I recently migrated from a MacBook Air to an iPad Pro. I run a small in-home business and communicate via email so i use Groups in my Contact app to manage my clients. I can’t move contacts into groups now. I logged into iCloud using my iPad Pro and can’t do it there either. I bit the bullet and traded my MacBook Air in so I don’t have a regular computer now. How can I manage my contacts now? Please Apple, update the contact app!!!

Even though you can do more on an iPad than ever before, it is still not a computer. Unfortunately, it appears as though you cannot drag and drop contacts in iCloud.com using and iPad which is how you add contacts to groups in iCloud.com. If I did this correctly according to Apple’s instructions, it just isn’t possible on an iPad.

You could do this on another computer by signing into iCloud.com but you would need to use someone else’s computer.
