Why have my groups disappeared from my contacts on icloud.com (on Windows laptop)? They are still there on my iphone.

My contacts have always synced without any problems between my iphone and icloud.com on my Windows laptop. Now I've received a new laptop, when I log on to icloud.com, my contacts are all there but they're not in any of the GROUPS I created. There isn't even a GROUP button to press. On my iphone, the contact groups are still present. Please can you help? Thank you.

I have an iphone SE, and a HP laptop with Windows 10.
