A) Is there a smart.card reader with direct connection to lightning b) is there a connection cable USB/lightning? Both for iPad 6th generation (2018) model

Hi Rudegar. I fear none of these 2 would do the trick. I want to read my Belgian ID-card for contact with the authorities f.i. for tax questions, and also for home-banking. That ID-card has the format of a bankcard. My iPad is model A1893.
