Apple Watch Conversion Error when I ask Siri about the weather

This has been happening for a while, on the iPhone and on the Apple watch. Whenever I ask Siri for the weather on the iPhone it says "done", when I try to use it on the apple watch I get a "conversion error"

I already have done the following resets on the iPhone:

• Turn location on/off for the apps and for the phone in general
• Reset Location & Privacy
• Reset Network Settings
• Reset all settings

I also reset all the settings on the apple watch and un-pair and paired.

Someone has the same issue? This happens on all the different WiFi networks I have access to, as well as via 4G/"5g"
