HI
I have been working on completion of a song for days, and I've done many many bounces. All of a sudden the reverbs and other Effects aren't bouncing anymore. I don't know what to do? I have tried offline and realtime, with the same result. I am bouncing to AIFF.
When the song is playing in logic all the Effects are there.

Sounds like some odd sort of corruption. What I would do in this case is:
Save the project, close it, reopen it, bounce.
If that doesn't work:
Save, close, quit Logic, reopen, bounce.
If that doesn't work:
Save, close, quit Logic, reboot the Mac, reopen the project, bounce.
If that doesn't work:
Save, close project, create a New project (from the empty template) with one (obligatory) audio track, then via the All Files Browser import all the tracks of the "defective" project. https://help.apple.com/logicpro/mac/10.4/#/lgcpce085447, bounce.

Yell "AAAAaaaaargh!" until windows and glasses shatter and go for a long walk.
