Just given an iPhone 11 to discover that the battery percentage isn't shown. The only way I can find to do it is WASTE MORE BATTERY, (and time!), by swiping the control centre to show.
Is there a hack to replace the useless battery graphic in the top right with the battery percentage?
Honestly, if I'd known, I'd have asked for a different phone... are there 12 yr olds in charge of Apple now?

One swipe down isn't going to waste your battery life or time, take less than a second.

You don't need to a victim and by a new phone every year, if you read the news or other venue that was one of the highlight.
