iPhone 11 screen scratches and the worst Drop-resistant

I got my new iphone11 recently,yesterday I walked on street and my phone droped out of my pocket,and one glass of the back camera just broken!

The most durable phone that is a big jock ! I mean,that I just 166cm tall and my pocket to the floor would not over 120cm ! "iPhone 11 Is Most Durable iPhone Ever" totally the lie!(I had screen protector 、camera protector 、and phone case when I droped!)

And it is very easily to be scratched by the way!

The most "iPhone 11's 'toughest glass in a smartphone'" is a jock! Please,give us the consumers some respect and truth ok?

This is my first IPhone,I used to be very excited and proud of the product's quality.Now,just LOL. :((

If you only had cheapo, flimsy phone case, it useless. If never had Apple Care Plus, it will cost you money for repairs. I do not care what people said, and I do not what camera lens protector you had, but OtterBox case is better.

Btw, for the most durable phone, Apple meant the iPhone 11 Pro.

personally I’ve dropped my 11 Pro many times and it never broke, and it survived a bucketful of water I accidentally poured onto my phone when I wanted to pour it into the sink
