iPhone 11 marks on back

Hi, I recently just bought an iPhone 11 and used a case as soon as I opened it from the box. The case has a geometric diamond patter that was textured. The thing is when I removed the case to clean my phone, the case has left some invisible marks that was visible when put under light. I tried cleaning it but it's still there. Is there a way to remove it or is it really scratched? This was how the case I used looked like and the pattern was a bit bumped but not to the point that it was rough or scratchy. In fact the edges on the texture was soft and smooth so I dont think it scratched my phone. It's just the marks wont come off no matter how I wipe it.

Check directly with the case supplier support folks—Apple or whoever manufactured the particular case you're using here—for the vendor's recommendations.

The alternative is to put this or another case back onto the iPhone.

We're a whole lot further away from the details here than you are.

Whether this was dye transfer, or mechanical abrasion, or a chemical reaction, or something else entirely?

I'm inferring there's no seller and potentially no vendor available to discuss this with; that this was effectively an as-is purchase.

If so, you're seemingly largely left to continue to use this or a different case.
