Completely delete Java? I'm at a loss..

So I have a Mac Mini. I run my OS from an external SSD. I partioned part of the Internal HD and downgraded to El Captain. I am trying to install Java 6. I did ALL the terminal/Unistall tool/Folder deletion I could possibly do to delete Java from my entire computer.. When I run the Java 6 package I still get this screen

What Could I possibly be missing? I am trying to run Photoshop CS5 and I cannot unless I have Java 6...

This has been driving me nuts! any help would be appreciated.!!!
