Microsoft Teams Others Hear Echo

After getting tired of crappy Dell hardware I have been testing using MacBook Pros running Windows 10 Pro in Boot Camp instead. Everything works very well except for Microsoft Teams. When one of the users testing this setup is on a call, they come through clearly and can hear everyone as expected. However, anyone else on the call hears their own voice echo back. Once the person on the Boot Camp device is off the call, everything goes back to normal. What makes this even more odd (or maybe easier to diagnose?) is that this happens whether the Boot Camp user is using the built in Mic and Speakers or Headphones.

Both Boot Camp machines are Current Gen 13" MacBook Pros with TouchBar running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro (1909) with all of the Apple Software Updates.

What's even more weird, I just setup another machine for testing, and it appears to work fine. This machine should be identical to the others, so I'm really not sure what the difference is.

Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated. I really want this experiment to work.

One of the Teams installations that I use does not have the ability to use Dial-In/Out due to licensing issues. Most people either use the mobile Teams App for dialing in, while the laptop version is used for video only.

The other Teams server does support Dial-in/Out, where participants ask the server to call their desk/mobile phones.

Most users are primarily W10 users on PCs (not Bootcamp/Macs).

EXACT same problem here. I've tried everything. Upgrading drivers, cleaning out fans on the computer, elevating onto a laptop stand for better ventilation, moving off of WiFi onto wired Ethernet, upgrading my home internet for higher upload speed. I'm out of ideas. Happens in both Teams/Zoom after about 20 minutes. Hanging up and immediately calling back resolves the problem.

I thought I'm alone. And especially during this work from home season, I find it impossible that I was the only one going through this. We have to find more of us, and push Apple for a resolution. This is ridiculous and quite embarrassing especially during my conference call with senior management. To make matters worse, Zoom has a sign in process now, so it is quite tough to log in again quickly.
