Can't sign in to FaceTime
Since I changed my password yesterday, I can no longer sign in to FaceTime, as it shows me this error message: "This account has no reachable address. Please sign in to appleid.apple.com in order to add one.". Instead, there were both my email addresses and my phone number. So I created another Apple ID, using the other e-mail and also adding my phone number, but the problem remained. In addition, I then permanently deleted my second Apple ID, but after I wasn't able to add its e-mail to my principal account. I need it to be added back to the previous ID, since it's my main e-mail address (I don't know why I used my secondary e-mail address to create my Apple ID 4-5 years ago). In the meantime, the problem persists. Please help me, as I have a stronger need to use it due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
Thank you for your support, best regards
