I have a recent problem. When i'm on a call, and someone calls my phone automatically ends the current call immediatly. It does not answer the new (second) call. This happens probably 8 out of 10 events. Is there a setting I can change? I do not want to hang up on people.
Call Waiting is enabled. As i said it sometimes makes the 2nd call wait, sometimes directly ends the first call (mostly). I never tried to merge calls, since i don't really need it.
Sorry I cannot provide no pictures, because it is not something i can capture.
I am on GSM. Can this problem be related with my phone operator? If so can also get in contact with them.
What is your settings on Call Waiting?
Does it give option to you for merge calls?
Are you on GSM or CDMA because? The behaviour of calls are different on GSM and CDMA.
It would be better if you can please post a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words.
