Reception always in 3G

Just got a new iPhone 8. Onto bell. It’s always on 3G. When I know for sure LTE is available. Reception is terrible. Really upset about it. Called bell they said it’s the phones problem. And all the apple stores are closed right now. Any help online ??

Reset your network [Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings] and then update your carrier settings, if that’s not already been tried. Shut down, remove your SIM, and re-insert it, if that’s not been tried. If you have another SIM handy, try that. Then call the folks at Apple Support. They’re still open.
