Review of the Pro Display XDR

I absolutely love this monitor in every way except one major problem that completely ruins it, off-axis color shift.

The white point shifts blue if you look at any angle of than straight on. I’m talking even if you’re sitting closer to it and you look towards the left or right on the screen (since the screen is so big), you will see color shift in white balance. This absolutely kills you when having a reference image on one side of your screen while editing a photo to match it on the other side. It nearly makes it impossible because the color shifts so much. I’ve been having to constantly move my head back and forth to be straight on to each image as I’m working. I can’t believe this is what we get from a monitor of this caliber. I hate this because the monitor is perfect in every other way.

Crickets from Apple on this topic? It would be nice to have them address it or perhaps fix it.
