my iPhone 7 bought on February 15, 2020 in Cortland squeaks and hissing, can it be repaired or replaced with a new one? I have a basic guarantee

Take the phone to whoever you purchased it from for assessment. iPhone 7 has been discontinued for some time, so you must have purchased one from someone other than Apple.
