Final Cut Pro does not have my music library

When I had to re-build my home folder from Time Machine Backup after a severe problem with my HD, several things changed; but the one I can't surpass is the lack of my iTunes Library in FCP X. Only access I have to soundtracks are the Sound Effects.

"My previous LR library is, in ICloud Drive. Copy and Paste into my Applications folder is futile; from there I can't bring it into LR."

What's LR library? What are you copying and pasting into Applications?

It's really hard when we can't see your computer, so you need to spell it out for us. If the drive crashed and you restored from Time Machine, it should come back the same. I'm assuming Music is working correctly and has your media.

Make sure FCP has full disk access in system preferences.
