Touch Bar Light Issue

My MacBook went in for a top case replacement last week due to speakers crackling. All was well until today, when booting up I get the whole Touch Bar lit up in a single colour, still seems to work but obviously I can't see the buttons.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

The System Management Control is directly in charge of the Touchbar/Controlbar...

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

if necessary do the procedure 2 if not 3 times in a row to elicit a change— if no resolve it is a hardware issue.

Take it in for a fix—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
