Macbook Pro 2017 13-inch Touch Bar light suddenly glitching

I opened my Mac this morning to see the Touch Bar very glitchy and with a weird backlight. It's still responsive to touch, though. Also tried resetting the SMC twice to no avail. Never dropped my laptop nor had any trauma to the body, though the top case was recently replaced because of a faulty keyboard. What could be causing this and should I bring this to support?

Hi,

I think you'd better make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
