Apple TV keeps trying to log in to a deleted user account

My Apple TV keeps asking me for the log in credentials for a deleted user account.

I made sure this account was deleted in the Settings and also under Previously-Used emails. I have also restarted the Apple TV in the Settings (numerous times). But when I click on the Music tile, it will once again ask for the log in password of the deleted account! So frustrating! Any help?

Unplug it for about 10 minutes then retry. If the account still shows up it may not be deleted. If the problem persists please contact Apple for support.
