Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
and test.
Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test your sleep mode

The manufacturer has not update the driver for that Hardware since 10.11 El Capitan. They list it as a "discontinued product". They have a new driver, but it does not claim to support that model Mouse.
I recommend you remove that device from your computer and un-Install its driver if you do not want any more kernel panics.
The current version of VirtualBox is 6.1.10, you are running the year-old version 6.1.6. This problem may have already been seen and fixed in VirtualBox software.
The 3d connexion software was at the "scene of the crime"
what make&Model is this mouse?
Panic report data is saved to NVRAM as it happens, and on next startup a human-readable report is usually generated and stored at :
/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
to get to that directory, copy and paste in to
Finder > Go menu > Go to Folder ...
look for reports named with date&Time and ending in .panic.
post your most recent .panic report in its entirety, using the "additional Text" Icon on the bottom of the forum response box, third from right, looks like a page with writing.
Please do not post more than 20 lines from other types of reports found there -- they are interminable and do not have much information useful for this sort of debugging.
You are seeing a GPU panic while running the "Fixed" 10.15.5, build 19F96.
No third party kernel extensions present.
You likely have a Hardware problem.
Use the "Contact Support" Link at the top of every forum page to arrange to have your computer sent to a depot for service.
I had this same issue for over a week with multiple calls to support. Reset EVERYTHING that could possibly be reset and finally realized it must be related to the Catalina update 10.15.4 last night (April 8 or 9, 2020)a new update was applied and I am quite certain Apple has corrected the problem with the most recent update.
loaded kexts:
org.virtualbox.kext.VBoxNetAdp 6.1.6
org.virtualbox.kext.VBoxNetFlt 6.1.6
org.virtualbox.kext.VBoxUSB 6.1.6
org.virtualbox.kext.VBoxDrv 6.1.6
com.3dconnexion.driver 10.3.1
all those items are not the latest versions.
be sure you are always running the latest versions for trouble-free operation.
also, MacOS has an additional update that brings the build number to 19f101. You have an un-updated version running.
The current version of VirtualBox is 6.1.12, as of 14 July. You should be running the most recent released version, because it may contain fixes to your problems.
You can't delete anything that is part of the installed system (because the system might reference it and crash. But you can generally move it to the Trash can, and after a restart, it will no longe be part of the running system.
If that does not work for you, try Restart into Safe Mode and move it to the Trash while in Safe Mode.
Then post your panic report.
For best, personalized advice, start a new thread with your model Mac and version of MacOS with your report.
Funny thing. I think it helped turning off the NAP function. my Mac is connected to a monitor via usb-c. And it's only crashing when it's connecting. but don't crash when I use it in stand allone mode. could it be a graphics issue?

I've tried that too... It crashed randomly still for me. I have a custom 64 Gb, 4TB with the 8GB GFX card version

my 16" macbook pro crashes any time i close the lid, shut it down, start it up, let it sleep, or sometimes even if the screensaver just comes on. i have done a fresh os install of 10.15.4 and also upgraded to 10.15.5, and the problem still exists. computer may crash 20-25 times per day.
hi. after updating to 10.15.5 the crashing got worse. it crashes ever day now.

Okay. I have now updated viatuelbox to 6.1.10
it’s a 3D connect Space Explorer (3DX-700026) I think it’s form 2012 maybe, Not sure.
I’ve downloaded the software it, from 3dconnect and installed it again to se if it fixes something.
Hi again, I have updated all the stuff. but for some reason I can't seam to delete all of the files in regards to 3Dconnexion some drivers won't go away. I have deleted all but one. For some reason i don't have permission to delete it. it's located her.
/Library/StagedExtensions/Library/Extensions
I also tried from the terminal, with no luck.
