Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
and test.
Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test your sleep mode
I've tried that too... It crashed randomly still for me. I have a custom 64 Gb, 4TB with the 8GB GFX card version
mine is the custom i9 2,3 gHz 32GB 1TB 8GB GFX
okay here it is.
Okay. Will update VBox.
can’t update 3dconnect do too old hardware.
just updated macOS so let’s see if it’s helping.
Okay i Will try that
Okay, thanks for the help👍🏼
My first MacBook Pro 16inch was RMA'ed because it would crash during sleep. Now that I just received my new MacBook 16inch it crashed with nothing loaded after it went into sleep mode.
Could be OS or Hardware... who knows...
We do not yet know what the underlying issue is, all we have is a work-around at this juncture.
If the work-around stops the panics, you likely do not have a graphics issue.
if it does NOT solve the problem, you may indeed have a graphics issue.
if your Mac crashed with Graphics as the cause, there is a possible work-around:
Turn off Power NAP. If that does not solve it, turn off the feature in the top red box:

Okay thanks. I will try it out
