Check status of claims

Yesterday I made a complaint about being charged twice for Yousician. Today I received a reply saying I was to proceed to. Report a problem, Once in it stated I no longer had an account and I was unable to proceed to Check Status of Claims to see what decision was made.

Which what the email from apple informed me to do.

not to sure what to do.

For clarification, you submitted a refund request using one of the methods here, and you want to know the status of the request. Is that right? Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple


This resource has some great information about How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take:


"When will I find out if my refund is approved?

After you request a refund, you'll receive an update within 48 hours. You can sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com to check the status of your refund request.

You may lose access to refunded items."


If you're not seeing a status on the link above, I recommend getting in touch with Apple: iTunes Support

I have a report in there I just need to say this I don’t buy them 3 at all so please take them off and put that back on my card ending in 4410 I have been buying for yrs about 7 or more so I have never came you and said I don’t buy so please take it off i really don’t want too stop buying for I do like playing and u do make lots of money off me thanks Martie Nicholson
