- Does this error pop up in a particular app? If so, which app?
- At what point in your process does this error pop up? Example: immediately when you open an app, or every time you try to do something specific.
- Have you ever been able to burn DVDs on this computer before?
- What is the current version of macOS Catalina that you have installed on your computer? Example: Version 10.15.4. You can get this information by selecting the Apple menu > About This Mac.
