don’t confuse real experience and disillusion (I already reported it three times, one by phone and two online)

Apple support have reached back to me in the past to find out more about a problem I have reported via the feedback page so I l think they do care.

They are too busy trying to fill the gaping security leaks in their most secure iOS ever.
