Add applications to "Automation" in privacy tab of "Security & Privacy" System Preferences

I recently bought a new Macbook Pro with Catalina. I also bought Quickbooks 2020 and upgraded my company file. Everything went well, but now I cannot email directly from Quickbooks. When I attempt to, I get the following message:

"QuickBooks does not have permission to automate Mail.app. Please check QuickBooks in System Preferences > Security > Privacy > Automation then try again."

However, when I go to "automation" no applications appear in the menu. See Screenshot below:

How can I add applications to this menu?

Thank you.

Dialog warning box says exactly: "Scripting Permission Problem"

"Quickbooks does not have permission to automate

Mail.app. Please check Quickbooks inSystem

Preferences>Security>Privacy>Automation then

try again." with an OK button as only option to press.

Going to the Security & Privacy window under System Preferences, there is no +/- box anywhere. Unlocking the preference lock and using Drag and drop QB icon from Applications folder into that window does not work.

Unsure what your response "Decide." means.
