Face Id not working after 13.4 update

I have updated iPhone XS to 13.4 and now my face id is no longer working, when phone turned back on pop up appeared and said face id not available on this phone. Went in and reset settings, soft reset with no luck. Then reset face id, went in to re do the face id and it now says Face ID is not available try setting up face id later.

Face ID Not Working My phone updated to IOS 14.7.1 last night and since the update, my Face ID is no longer working. I restarted my phone. I also tried to reset my Face ID but it says Face ID not available right now, try again later. When I look up how to fix this issue, it says to get a new phone but it seems like it is an IOS issue? Follow all steps here If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

So Apple support wasn't able to help you, after you called them and they help troubleshoot as outlined in the link I provided?
