iPod fell down, screen turned blinking.

My iPod fell down, screen went white, I waited for the battery to go out and yes the screen went normal again but something I spotted was a gradient white border flashing and I can kind of see stripes in there )tried power off, battery reducing, setting resetting and waiting overnight..nothing worked! I can perfectly use the screen but I’m worried that the whole screen will turn white. Please give me answers ASAP.
