Can't download Catalina to iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012)

When I try to download Catalina to this iMac, I get a prompt stating it cannot be downloaded. I click "Learn More" but it doesn't give me any other information. So, why can't I download Catalina to my iMac (which means I can't download Creative Cloud either).

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.13

Cannot download Catalina for my Macbook Air I am trying to download Catalina for my Macbook Air (mid-2013) but cannot. Literally cannot find it in the App Store and nowhere available. I need this to transfer all data (automatically) from this computer to my new MacBook Air 2020. Any tips?

You told us about your hardware, but not your current MacOS version.

Boot into Safe Mode (How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support) and try to download and install from there.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.
