No response from Service Centre
I submitted my MacBook for service on the 9th of March for a display issue. I understand most places are on “work from home” and things are unpredictable because of COVID-19, but I haven’t heard anything regarding my Macbook (I was told to expect a call in 5-10 days). I’ve written them an email, no response. Tried calling their number, no answer. There is no update on Apple Support when I enter my case ID. Called Apple support - it says “call later”. What do I do now?
