Emails going into junk folder

I have a contact who has a galaxy smart phone and tablet. He just got a new smart phone and the emails he sends me from that phone go into my junk file. The tablet emails go into my inbox.

Have tried to mark as not junk, move to inbox and add contact without success. Any suggestions?

iPad, iOS 13

Continue to move their messages from Junk to Inbox. Mail will learn that these messages are not junk with time.
