Apple music won't play on iTunes after updating to Windows 10 update 12.10.5

It says that I am not signed it to Apple Music when in fact I am. Signing in and out again makes no difference, and also uninstalling ITunes and reinstalling has made non difference. Really annoyed as I can't listen to any Apple Music and I'm paying for it!
