Cannot Update App Facebook cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID. Don't know what this means. I have 26 updates on my IPhone in Apple Store.

Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID they were downloaded under. Either you changed your Apple ID at some point, or you have a device which had apps on it before you signed in with your Apple ID. Is either scenario correct?
