So I recently got a replacement for my right airpod pro that was not working. I tried pairing it today, I followed the steps and everything but the case continues to flash amber no matter how long I hold the button, Whats wrong with my airpods?

This happened to me as well. What worked for me was letting both AirPods sit in the charging case while connected to power for a few hours.
I resolved this by taking the old airpod and putting it in my car (well out of bluetooth range from airpod pro case) then when i held the back button it flashed white and I could pair my new airpod!
