Face ID

Hey, I’ve been having trouble with my Face ID not working since yesterday, I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve reset my settings, my IOS is up to date and I still cant get it to work as it keeps saying move iPhone higher/lower and won’t work. If you have any advice please help!!
