ios 13.4 lock/power button and assistive touch issue

Has anyone had their lock/power button not work at times after this update? i.e. unable to lock the phone at all. And when this happens, assistive touch will not work neither. I've had to force restart the phone each time.

However, it works perfectly in every other task, such as taking screenshots. This bug doesnt always happen, but quite often, so Im a bit worried. IPhone 11 lock button won’t work when I press the lock button, the phone will not lock. But when I restart the phone it will continue to work for a short while. The button has no damage, not stuck etc. The button still works to turn off. It has only started when I updated the phone to 13.5.1 Ive had this phone for A couple of weeks or so now.

Power button not working after iOS 13.4 update (iPhone SE) After updating to iOS 13.4, the power button has stopped working and does not respond at all for locking the phone or for switching it off. The phone is an iPhone SE. I have read about AssistiveTouch and how it can be used to turn an iPhone off without using the power button, but I'm worried it might not turn on again! Can anyone confirm that plugging an iPhone SE into a charger or computer will switch it on without having to press the power button? Thanks for any information anyone can share on this.

Yes I tried every ways but after iOS 13.5 the problem seems to be fixed...last 3 days didn’t encounter this problem...so let hope it stays ok . Thanks !

I can also confirm I have had this issue with two different iPhone 11 Pros. Simply hitting volume up once makes the lock button work again.
