Is there any way to downgrade - use unsigned IPSW - iPod touch 7th gen?

I recently upgraded to iOS 13 and I really REALLY hate new charging icon. Is there any way to downgrade to iOS 12 or is there and way to use unsigned IPSW? Thanks.
