XS Phone froze in FaceTime

My phone is frozen in FaceTime. Will not let me open any settings to shut down. Please help

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears
