Downtime contact list not syncing

Setting up the communication limits for my daughter’s phone and I have two issues. 1. Her contact list is not syncing to my phone. 2.Only some of the contacts are working. She can contact my wife, her father, my mother, and her cousins, but she can’t contact me, my sister, and her teacher. Before the last update, she could contact me, but now it’s saying that I’m not on the list when I am. This is getting very frustrating and I can’t find an answer that works.

Hopefully this is helpful. Here’s the fix that worked for me. Check the default contact settings and make sure that it’s set to iCloud. Just go to Settings > Contacts > Default Account and choose iCloud. Then delete the contacts that aren’t working and recreate them and add them to the communication limits list again and whabam! Fixed! Good luck!
