Safari 13.1 - Clear History does not clear cookies!

Try This...

Clear Cookies in an Empty Page:

Have new tabs open with an empty page.

Go To: Safari > Preferences > "New tabs open with:" > Select: Empty Page

Then, try clearing the history. See if this still occurs. If you clear it while a page is open - it will still show.

Clear while Booted Into Safe Mode:

While booted into Safe Mode, items run as they would by default (all preferences are put aside). So, try deleting these cookies, while booted in Safe Mode. To do so: Hold Down the shift key, upon boot.

That bad stuff has been successfully replaced with “just just fix it, plz”.

….sorta wimpy-needy, deer-in-the-headlights isn’t it. ;)

I prefer the old stuff, but it seems to upset them so. ….they're so touchy as it is.

Already sent feedback through Feedback Assistant to which Apple do respond.

As others have commented, this problem seems to have appeared after the latest update.

Agreed. It is a bug. I’ve read about it a lot on these forums, but have not come across it myself.

None of that solves the problem. As soon as I return to normal operation the problem re-appears.
