iphone 6s plus restarting on its own every 5 mins or so

i accidentally dropped my phone on its front and the screen is undamaged. However, the battery kept going from 80 to 20 to 70 and this change happened after every time the phone restarts which occurs every few minutes or so. Also, noticed this occurs more when i turn on the saving battery option.

The phone doesn't seem to be able to retain charge. Thus, i guessed the problem is with the battery.

It may have moved or got damaged from the drop and since the whole global issues of quarantine and everything, i was wondering if there's any fix for this until stores open.

Keep in mind, the phone works quite alright during the 5 minutes period.

Thanks in advance for your help :D .

Try this at your own risk

Reset battery display. I have done this on my own 6S to fix erratic display and management.

Set display timeout to "never." and display a bright image. Turn on the flashlight.

Let the phone run flat and turn itself off. (If it keeps crashing this could take a long time.)

Charge it up to 100%  and leave it on charge for 2 hours longer.

Reset the phone by holding side button and home button down together (iphone 6 only) til the white apple appears.

If it doesnt restart by itself start it as normal with the side button.

Again this phone may not survive this level of treatment!!
