TI rkish character “ş” doesn’t appear when pressing long “s” on English keyboard

Hello. All other Turkish characters show but only “ş”. I normally use English keyboard since less characters are shown on keyboard. Is this an iOS issue or my phone?

In the meantime, you could make a shortcut/text replacement for it.
