Malware on iPhone

Hi - I received a spam email but before I realised that it was spam I inadvertently clicked on a link to "unsubscribe from emails" (I thought it was from a reputable source initially). The link took me to a page which looked legitimate and asked why I was unsubscribing - I checked the box saying I hadn't signed up and clicked submit. I didn't see any prompt for download but now feel quite silly - could I have any malware downloaded to my iPhone (6s) by clicking unsubscribe? I've not noticed any signs of a virus but would appreciate expert thoughts!
