RAM configuration question

I'm adding RAM to a 2019 27-inch iMac. It arrived with 8GB. I'm adding two 16 GB sticks. Does it matter that all 4 sticks aren't the same capacity? Is it ok to have 2X8 and 2X16? Or should I remove original 2 sticks?

Thanks for any suggestions,

Jim

You can just add the two 16GB modules.
