Cannot sign into app store with apple ID

Hello. So when I go into the app store on my brand new iPhone 11, it asks me to sign in. I type in my apple id password for my email, and I click "Review". It then takes me to a white screen with only 1 button. "Cancel" Then it asks me to type my password for my apple ID. I type it. It then brings me back to the app store and I click "review". It then brings me back to the white screen and I type my password. Then it brings me back to the review button. This is happening every singe time and I don't know why.

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to review it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.


Apple ID payment information - change.        


Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
