Since the update to iOS 13.4 the function to open a link in a new tab won’t work anymore. I now have to copy the link, open an new Safari tab, paste the link and go. Is This a bug? Any one else has the same issue?

The Touch and hold the link, then tap Open in New Tab doesn’t but with two finger is also good.
The feature to open in the background works to. Maybe I am using the wrong feature in the Dutch version of iOS..
Anyway I can browse the way I am used to again.

Tap the link with two fingers. This is a new feature.
